Delivery Areas
UAE SCOOTERS provides delivery services across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and other UAE locations where delivery is available. Delivery availability and delivery time may vary depending on your exact location, product type, and availability.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available in selected areas. For Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, orders confirmed before 4:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery. The standard same-day delivery charge is AED 55. Same-day delivery is subject to product availability, delivery capacity, customer confirmation, and the availability of our delivery service.
Delivery to Other Emirates
For Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and other locations, delivery generally takes around 2–3 business days. Same-day delivery may be available for certain locations if advance payment of the applicable delivery charges is made. Customers who require urgent delivery are advised to contact our support team before placing the order.
Order Confirmation
After an order is placed, our team may contact you to confirm your name, phone number, delivery address, selected product, quantity, payment method, and delivery availability. An order is considered confirmed once the required order details have been verified by our team.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible products, customers, and delivery locations. For eligible COD orders, no advance payment for the product is required. Delivery charges may still apply depending on the delivery location and order. Please make sure that your phone number and delivery address are correct so our delivery team can contact you.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location, product size, product weight, delivery speed, and selected delivery service. The applicable delivery charge will be communicated or confirmed before the order is finalized. For returned products, return delivery or collection charges are generally the customer's responsibility according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times provided by UAE SCOOTERS are estimates and may vary. Delivery can sometimes be affected by traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, product availability, incorrect address information, customer availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. A delivery estimate should not be considered a guaranteed delivery deadline unless specifically confirmed by our team.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please make sure your building or villa number, street, area, emirate, phone number, and any useful delivery instructions are correct. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in an additional delivery attempt or additional delivery cost, the customer may be responsible for the applicable charges.
Receiving Your Order
We recommend checking your order carefully when it is delivered. If you notice visible damage, an incorrect product, missing accessories, or another obvious issue, please contact UAE SCOOTERS as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
Customer Unavailable
If the customer is unavailable when the delivery driver arrives, our delivery team or courier may contact the customer to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required because the customer was unavailable or provided incorrect delivery information.
Delivery Delays
Although we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders on time, delays can occasionally occur because of severe weather, road closures, government restrictions, public emergencies, courier disruptions, transportation problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed about significant delivery delays.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you no longer require the order after it has been shipped, please contact our support team immediately. Any applicable delivery, return, collection, or other charges may be the customer's responsibility.
Large & Heavy Products
Electric bikes, dirt bikes, electric motorcycles, and other large or heavy products may require special delivery arrangements. Delivery times and delivery charges for these products may differ from standard scooter or accessory deliveries. Our team may contact you before dispatch to confirm the delivery arrangements where necessary.
